Validation of extracellular ligand–receptor interactions by Flow-TriCEPS

In our publication https://rdcu.be/bcFxH we show how the TriCEPS platforms (Flow-TriCEPS / LRC-TriCEPS) are used for optimizing the binding conditions for your ligand of interest to living cells, how the identification of the unknown targets is performed and how the identified target candidates are confirmed in a fast and inexpensive way. We show three examples of a peptide ligand, a protein ligand and an antibody.

Using Flow-TriCEPS to confirm the identified targets. Example here showing Transferrin-TriCEPS binding to MDA-MD-231 cells. Binding is reduced when the target receptor (Transferrin receptor) is down regulated by siRNA treatment in a time dependent manner.
