HTX kit
Technology information
Quick and easy quantitative analysis of interactors from yeast two-hybrid and DUALmembrane screens!
In a typical yeast two-hybrid or DUALmembrane screen, dozens or even hundreds of putative interactors are often identified.
Commonly used assays to detect beta-galactosidase activity, such as the filter lift assay or the ONPG assay, are either not quantitative or very cumbersome to use. In contrast, the HTX kit yields semi-quantitative measurements with minimal handling.
