Media packages for DUALmembrane, DUALhunter and DUALhybrid screening kits

The media packages have been specially assembled to give you an easy start to screening using any of our yeast-based systems:

• DUALmembrane system
  
• DUALhunter system
• DUALhybrid kit

The media packages include all growth media, amino acids and reagents needed to perform up to five screens. Detailed instructions help you to quickly assemble the media you need at every step of a screen.

Media package 1

The media package 1 contains all growth media to perform up to five DUALmembrane, DUALhunter or DUALhybrid screens. Sufficient reagents are provided to take you up to the library screening and clone picking stage.

Media package 2

The media package 2 contains all growth media to perform prey analysis of up to 100 preys resulting from a screen, including bait dependency / confirmation assays.

To complete a full DUALmembrane, DUALhunter or DUALhybrid screen, including analysis of prey clones, you need both the media package 1 and the media package 2.
