Investigate pairwise interactions
Interactions between two integral membrane proteins
Interactions between membrane and cytosolic proteins
All membrane protein classes accessible
Every kit contains bait and prey vectors in different orientations which allows you to study the interaction of any two kinds of membrane proteins!
Technology information
The DUALmembrane system is a yeast-based, in vivo system to identify protein-protein interactions. It is based on the split-ubiquitin system invented by Nils Johnsson and Alexander Varshavsky.
With the DUALmembrane pairwise interaction kit you can identify interactions between an integral membrane protein and other integral membrane proteins, membrane-associated proteins or soluble proteins. It is especially designed to give you the flexibilty to investigate the protein interaction of any kind of membrane protein.
