Technology information
The DUALhybrid kit is based on the classical yeast two-hybrid system and includes a range of improvements to facilitate yeast two-hybrid screening.
Applications of the DUALhybrid kit:
- Screening of soluble proteins for novel binding partners
- Screening of protein fragments or domains for novel binding partners
- Interaction domain mapping and mapping of binding interfaces by site-directed mutagenesis
- Detection of multimeric complexes (yeast three-hybrid)
