EasyClone PCR kit

Amplify full-length, highly representative cDNA from minute quantities of RNA!

The EasyClone PCR kits contains an optimzed mixture of proofreading polymerases to ensure highly accurate, representational PCRs and preferred amplification of large fragments from complex cDNA mixtures.

Use the EasyClone PCR kit for:

• Amplifcation of complex cDNA mixtures, for example after reverse transcription of RNA
• Multiplex PCR
• Amplification of large transcripts (> 2 kb)
• Amplification of GC rich templates

Example: Multiplex PCR amplification of 15 templates

15 different templates, ranging in size from 0.6 kb to 3 kb, were amplified in one multiplex reaction using the EasyClone PCR kit. The reaction was carried out in a 20 ul volume using the following parameters: initial denaturation at 94°C for 10s, followed by 10 cycles of 94°C for 30s, 65°C for 30s and 72°C for 3m. 5 ul of the reaction was loaded onto a 1% agarose gel, flanked by size markers.
