Shipping informationProducts are shipped from Zurich, Switzerland or via a distributor. Shipping charges are added to your invoice, where applicable. Unless otherwise requested, orders are shipped by the following carriers:
Orders requiring dry ice: shipped via DHL Express Priority or FedEX, Monday through Thursday. Orders requiring no ice: shipped via FedEX, Monday through Friday. Hazardous items: shipped by an appropriate carrier.
Normally, all orders are shipped in a single shipment. If this is not possible, we will ship a partial order. Additional freight and ice charges may be applied to partial shipments. If you do not want a partial shipment, please indicate so when ordering.

License information
DUALmembrane license statement The DUALmembrane technology and the split-ubiquitin technology are subject to several granted and pending patents. Purchase of a DUALmembrane kit includes a limited, non-transferable license to practice the DUALmembrane system for noncommercial purposes only. Commercial entities who wish to purchase DUALmembrane reagents must obtain a separate license from Dualsystems Biotech. Sfi I license statement Use of the Sfi I cloning strategy is licensed under U.S. Patent #5,595,895 issued to the National Institutes of Health.
CMV license statement The CMV promoter is covered under U.S. Patent Nos. 5,168,062, and 5,385,839 assigned to the University of Iowa Research Foundation. Strep-Tag license statement Strep-tag® technology for protein purification and detection is covered by US patent 5,506,121, UK patent 2272698 and French patent 93 13 066. Purchase of reagents related to these technologies provides a license for non-profit and in-house research use only. Expression or purification or other applications of above mentioned technologies for commercial use require a separate license from IBA.
