Products are shipped:
- From San Diego, California (U.S. customers)
- From Schlieren, Switzerland (rest of world)
- Via a local distributor
Unless otherwise requested, orders are generally shipped by FEDEX.
Please indicate your exact delivery address (PO Box addresses are not accepted), contact person details and contact phone number .
Standard shipments
From Monday – Thursday
Dry ice shipments
- Monday and Tuesday only
- Special shipment conditions apply (dry-ice surcharge)
- Shipped by FEDEX if possible, or by an alternative carrier
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are added to your invoice where applicable. If you have a courier account number, please let us know and we won’t charge you for shipping.
VAT and import taxes
VAT, taxes etc. will be charged by customs to the recipient.
Partial deliveries
Normally, all orders are shipped in a single shipment. If this is not possible, we will ship a partial order. Additional freight and ice-charges may apply to partial shipments. If you do not want a partial shipment, please indicate so when ordering.
Storage instructions
Please read the storage- and handling-instructions, which accompany every delivery, carefully. Dualsystems is not liable for any damaged goods due to inappropriate storage conditions.
