Mount Sinai Hospital, New York

We have performed several screens for groups at Mount Sinai, using both the classical yeast two-hybrid system and our proprietary DUALmembrane system.

Performing a cDNA library screen with the DUALmembrane system, both known and novel interactors of the Alzheimer's disease protein APP were identified.
