Construction process
- Isolation of total or polyA+ RNA
- Quality control on Experion chip
- 1st cDNA generation
- Size fractionation
- Optional: normalization of cDNA pool
- 2nd strand cDNA generation on two independent size pools
- Quality control on Experion chip
- Directional ligation into appropriate vector
- Amplification of primary library
Specifications
- Special 5' adaptor annealing procedure preserves full-length cDNAs
- Three different lengths of 5’adaptors enclose all three reading frames
- Average insert sizes > 1.2 kb
- High complexities (1x10E6 - 5x10E7)
- Cloned into DUALmembrane, DUALhunter and DUALhybrid library vectors, or a vector of your choice
- Average turnaround time 2-3 months
- You receive primary glycerol stocks and purified plasmid DNA
