Cell line generation process
PART I
- Construction of integration vector containing your gene of interest
- Transfection into appropriate cell line
Different tags are available, tags can be placed either at the N- or C-terminus.
No stable lines after two transfection attempts: only fee for Part I is due.
PART II
- Selection of stable clones
- Expansion
- Expression test by Western blotting
No expression of transgene detectable: only 50% of fee for Part II is due.
